Wayne Day has been a part of the food service industry for over 40 years. With experience in operations, kitchen design and planning, purchasing and distributing. He has done work with notable multi-unit chains as Sizzler, Tony Romas, TGI Fridays as well as various other regional and local outlets. He currently owns and operates a food service consulting firm that focuses on purchasing and distribution contract negotiations and support.
