Tom Johnson is a towering figure, both physically and mentally.  He has done work for major manufacturers to cruise lines to even Dole fresh foods, helping them solve some of the most complex food safety and sanitation concerns.

Tom Johnson has done a lot of things over the course of his career.  Some in food, some in research, some in equipment and sales.  But one of the projects that Tom is working on right now could revolutionize the world of food safety and sanitation.
