Hi. I’m Scott Stanfield. I’m a GM. I’m a coach, and I fix restaurants.

For more than a quarter century, I’ve been forging a path by questioning the status quo, by connecting dots, and building a system. What I’ve found is that increasing profits starts with people with great character, training these people on an elevated level and sustaining an ecosystem of safety. All of this is governed by our ‘WHY’ and when cultivated correctly these three pillars of HIRE. TRAIN. SUSTAIN. Greatly raises the leadership lid of the management team, increases the numbers that are used for determining success and the collective EQ of the teams.

Our teams have won awards for service, top line sales increases and put huge smiles on the faces of owners.

My personal ‘WHY’ is to create the best jobs and raise the collective Emotional Intelligence for every restaurant employee around the world. This will, in turn, create the best dining experiences for our guests.
