He talks with Chefs daily about their challenges finding good staff, and their challenges finding the right job for themselves.

Mike is the founder of Dine Inn Recruiting, a Recruiting Firm that specializes in Executive Chef recruiting for Luxury and Boutique Hotels.

Before that, he was the recruiting leader for Hilton’s properties in the Southwest…leading the staffing efforts for large F&B hotels all over Phoenix, Las Vegas and New Mexico. During his time at Hilton he was a part of hiring hundreds of cooks, chefs and stewards. ..and his recruiting innovations cut the “Time to Hire” at those properties by 25%.
