Sure being on TV might be great and all. Sure notoriety and fame and fortune are great…But is that really what follows your 10 minutes of fame? Chef Katie has personal experience with this and even though its has provided some great opportunities for her, it isn’t all what it might seem.
Here’s a little bit about Chef Katie.
Chef Katie received her culinary diploma from the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver. After working for Plumpjack Café in Squaw Valley, the Mist Project, SLC POP and Nata Gallery, Chef Katie was personally contacted with a invitation to compete on Top Chef Season twelve in Boston. Katie competed for eight weeks on Top Chef and has followed the opportunities that has created for her ever since.
