Devin Baumgart is a nationally-leading personal banker for a Fortune 500 regional bank based in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to changing industries, he spent over twenty years in restaurants working his way up from dishwasher to bartender to General Manager.  He worked every front-of-the-house role in the thirteen years he was with Hospitality Restaurants, a nine restaurant chain also in Cleveland. Devin worked at a variety of restaurants including East Side Marios and Bennigans while earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Baldwin Wallace College.

In his first full year in banking, he was named “banker of the year” in the Mahoning, Akron, and Canton region. In his second full year, he was ranked #3 among sales leaders in the East Ohio and Western Pennsylvania region. In both industries, he credits his relationship building and listening skills for his success.

When he’s not connecting clients with banking solutions and financial wellness, Devin plays the role of personal chef for his wife and two children. He and his wife are famous for their “Baumgart Hospitality” while hosting family for holidays and friends for wine tastings. He’s great with numbers – and poker – and is a walking IMDB.
