Paul Clarke is director of customer solutions at Datassential, a Chicago-based food and beverage insights and marketing research company that specializes in innovation. Clarke was VP sales and marketing at Sandelman for 10 years and director of marketing at Technomic prior.
Early in his career, Clarke was editor at Chef magazine, read by 50,000 chefs, and a public relations executive, representing chef-driven restaurants and luxury brands. Clarke attended Tulane University and is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, where he earned a BA in English literature and an MBA. He resides in Chicago and is the proud father of four.
