Becky Schilling is the editor-in-chief for Food Management magazine and the director of content strategy and optimization for Informa’s Restaurant and Food division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. A born and raised Texan, Becky currently resides in New York City.
