Aicha is a 25+ year veteran in the food industry who started as a pizza delivery driver and, through the years, was promoted to Area Supervisor, Franchise Consultant, Director, and Brand Vice President. She ran an organization for a franchisee and even built her own prototype brand. She has worked in domestic and international operations, and lived in 14 countries throughout her career.

She has acquired inside knowledge, while working for some of the most well-respected brands in the industry, on how franchise restaurants can operate successfully and profitably. She was also a member of the elite group of people responsible for the operational procedures for Domino’s Pizza and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen as well as a successful Operator for Darden Restaurant’s Olive Garden and the snack chain Pretzelmaker. Her experience encompasses casual dining service as well as fast food, fast casual, take-out, delivery and mall snack service.
Aicha is the author of the Amazon #1 best-selling book “The Franchise Fix”. The book is a compilation of the business management best practices of top food service franchisees in the US and around the world.

Aicha has been assisting food franchisees in improving their operations, reducing costs, and increasing their profits her entire career. In recent years, she has dedicated her time to her independent consulting business, coaching Food Franchise and restaurant leaders through the development of the business management systems they need to capture the power of their brand.
